A well-respected make-up & hair artist specialising in film, Tamsin has over 26 years’ experience working on some of the biggest British & Hollywood releases in recent years.

Upon graduating from Greasepaint School of Make-up in 1990, Tamsin began her career in the wig departments of London’s West End. She then spent several years in TV, working on a range of programmes including Eastenders and The Impression Show.

Over the past two decades Tamsin has built up an excellent reputation as a precise & highly skilled make-up & hair artist in the film industry, working with numerous celebrated actors including Colin Firth, Dame Judi Dench, Penelope Cruz, Eva Green, Sir Michael Caine & Daniel Craig.

Tamsin has worked on many high profile film productions including Star Wars - Episode VIII, Alice through the Looking Glass and Pirates of the Caribbean. During her career she has worked with Oscar-winning directors and make-up designers. She was also part of Bafta-nominated designer Peter Swords King’s team for the 2015 film Into the Woods.

Tamsin was a tutor at Greasepaint until 2014, and is now part of the esteemed teaching team at The Iver Academy. Alongside her active industry work on new films & productions, her vast experience is now helping to train students on industry-leading standards of make-up application and hair styling.
