Life at Iver
Every student at the Iver is a part of our creative and supportive community. Located directly at Pinewood Studios in the heart of the British film industry, the Iver Make Up Academy is well-connected with free private shuttlebus services and public transport.
Pinewood Studios contains numerous amenities, including cosy cafés, dry cleaning services, a cinema, a shop, and a post office. During their breaks, students can relax in the lush, beautiful gardens at nearby Heatherden Hall.
Applicants who have been offered a place and have enrolled will receive a welcome pack, including all information needed to get you started on your exciting journey at Iver.
Accommodation
Students at Iver will receive a course and accommodations guide via email. The guide contains information regarding exemptions from Council Tax during your stay, registering with a GP (doctor), opening a student bank account, and fantastic discounts for students enrolled at Iver.

Graduation and Beyond
Graduates of the Iver Make-Up Academy have achieved great success in the British film industry. Many of our graduates have worked on famous film, fashion, theatre and television productions in the UK and internationally and their robust skillsets are widely sought after.
Iver provides graduates with assistance and support after graduation. The Iver Academy Agency portal enables agents to recruit graduate artists from our various courses. We also offer full tutor support following graduation.
Agents that require skilled talent can hire graduates from our agency portal and our recent graduates can obtain valuable work experience with student films. Iver works closely with the National Film and Television School (NFTS) and the Met Film School.
